* The price confirmed at the time of your booking or inquiry is the price you will be expected to pay upon completion of the service.

3. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

We understand that plans change, but last-minute cancellations significantly impact our small business. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the following policy:

* 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations and appointment changes are accepted free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled service time.

* Late Cancellations: If you cancel or change your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled service, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost.

* No-Shows: Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without notifying us will result in a 50% charge of the service cost, and we reserve the right to refuse future bookings.
